Purbond is an adhesive supplied by DRIVE Marine Services for bonding timber, semiporous and nonporous surfaces. Once you experience it's superior adhesive qualities were a strong easy to work bond is required you will throw glues like PVA and aquahere away.

Features of Purbond are:
>         High adhesive strength
>         No long term creep in stressed joints 
>         Suitable for use on damp surfaces 
>         Can be applied direct from the bottle 
>         Application is to one surface only, coverage 200 - 250 ml per square meter
>      100% waterproof, withstands 72 hour boiling water test 
>       Sets in 2 - 4 hours, fully cured in 12 - 24 hours 
>       Invisible in close fitting glue lines 
>     Contains no volatile or flammable ingredients 
>     Sands easily and does not blunt cutting tools
>    Better Bond if moisture applied to surfaces being glued
>    Will gap fill but has no strenghth where gaps is present

Purbond will stick to almost anything except poly plastics (although even this can be achieved if desperate, talk to us). It will successfully glue :
>  Aluminium
>  Rubber
>  Timber including oily and oxidising timbers such as teak, jarrah, Eucalypts.
>  Foam
>  Stainless steel
>  Brick and Concrete

Expanda-van-homes use purbond polyurethane adhesive to glue the specially manufactured wall and roof panels together. The techniques used are patented and probed was selected after two years of testing and it proved superior in adhering the panels as:
